Here's a good one: A couple years ago a custom corn chopper was working and had 2 trucks hauling cut corn to a feedlot. The DOT stopped one truck and it had dyed fuel, the next truck came along and it had it also. The trucks did not return so the cutter got in his diesel pickup and got nabbed. The feedlot boys went to see what all the trouble was and they got fined also. DOT wrote over $4000 worth of tickets and din't even move!
If you ever put dyed fuel in your tank it takes lots of flushing to ever get it cleaned out. This episode put the fear in most of the county! I still laugh about it.
