I was wondering if people still use the Vari-Speed Govenor on there Carbs? Is it only used to keep you from over reving the engine? I also noticed a switch (I think)on the Carb that works when you open the Throttle all the way. What is this used for? It is a button worked by the Throttle control and a electrical conection on the other end? It is built into the Carb not a add on thing. Would this be used to short the Dist out in case the carb was floored?? Mark H.
