Rob, I have an M-37 that someone did a real bad job of installing a 331 into. I can E mail pictures but the engine your talking about is probably bigger, As it is this one has about an inch between the Differential and the oil pan.There is likewise a clearance problem with the exhaust manifolds which are cracked from hitting the frame.The truck has a 4 speed probably out of a truck or van of some sort. I'm planning on dismantling this truck as the frame is butchered and the body is excellent. At that time the engine will become available. RDT
