Several folks have asked me questions on this forum regarding their subscription. I don't mind that at all, and appreciate it that I am that well known in this arena.

I look at this most every day, but some days can not get to it. Adding to this has been my recent adventure, having the two loose ends of my peroneal longus (lower leg) tendon reconnected, along with some attention to a longitudinal tear in the peroneal brevis tendon. Yes, new Latin words for me, too.
I spent two days in the hospital, and several more at home, mostlyl looking at the ceiling and reading books. My ankle told me that it wanted to be above my heart, a posture that does not lend itself well to computer use. I did check e-mail periodically, however.
So.... good folks, if you have a question, please e-mail directly for most prompt attention.
Now... it is snowing and blowing, and my dog is talking to me about his dinner. I will soon be crutching across the blowing snow in my plaster cast, wondering if he really appreciates me.
ps, as an aside for you mechanically inclined people, I had it done with a spinal block, was awake, and watched the interesting parts in a mirror that the anesthesiologist held at the right angle for me. Fascinating...
