I agree with all the reasons. In our neck of the woods, (Idaho) if the feds say to do one thing, we usually immediataly question their alterier motive. Just so you guys don't think I'm some arm chair quarterback. I have put in over 15 years with County Sheriffs Search & Rescue and 8 years as an EMT. We assist in and handle the body recoveries in our county, usually aircraft, and avalanches. Tom
