I made the panels out of 16 ga sheet metal.
They are one piece with the only seam being where I welded them where I cut the old ones off. I made moulds for bending the outter panel and inner panles. It was a trip, but its done, I am over the hump. Finished the diamond plate step bumper today and turned it around on the dollys. Now to fab a new floor for the cab. If all goes to plan, all steel work will be done in a week. It has gone much faster than I ever figured, 68 days so far on all the steel work.
