you need to put all the repair history and your concerns in writing
also note the General Managers actions
it is common for a service manager to do an extensive test -like drive it home but usually ONLY the service manager or SHOP foreman NO one else.
speak with the service manager - give him a copy - ask him to print a function 14 (DC vehicle history report)
then get the name and address of the DC district service rep - send him a copy of the document you shared / gave to the service manager
if it is not in writing it never happened
all dealers are after or wanting to hold on to a/their 5 star rating and resolving customer problems is a part of it
