Mopar Performance has been selling 4" stroke LA cranks for a while now. I think the 318 gets up to around 389" and the 360 near 400". These are cast cranks and can require a lot of heavy metal to internally balance, probably easier if the 360 damper/flywheel is used. I think the prices is around $350, pretty cheap, considering.
I think the 318/340/360 are all suitable, but the 318s are probably more available and cheaper as cores. Sometimes hard to give one away around here...
