Alot of people ask me why I put a 318 in my 1959 PJ and not a 360 or 440 or some other monster gas guzzler. I always tell them, I could of put a jet engine in it but with 4.89 gears it ain't gonna go any faster. It'll only max out at 60mph even falling off a cliff. As for torque, I'm throwing gravel all over the place as it is.
