Why 318 and not 360?

I see many 318 conversions for the PWs and not 360s often at all. How do the Bore and Stroke of the 360 compare to the 318? What are the characteristics of this motor that cause everyone to use the 318 instead? I have a lead on a 360 for my B2PW and I plan to install it. Are there any stroke kits or longer stroke cranks I can use in the 360? Still in the planning stages, but the rarity of 360s in Flat Fenders makes me wonder. Thanks for your thoughts.
