That is very odd. I've never seen that before. How is your oil pressure? I've seen oil filters blow off because of a stuck pressure relief valve but not what you've described.
If you are suffering from gremlins spinning the filter off as you drive, take a large hose clamp and tighten it around the filter after you have installed it. Then run a piece of wire through the hose clamp worm gear and tie the wire to a fixed part of the engine . Remember to have the wire pulling in the direction to tighten the oil filter.
I would still really check into why the filters or loosening off first.That is really odd.
