That was easy. 2 nuts holding it into the dash. I bent the cover back away from the housing to remove the glass. The ring sets on the plastic disk so I used super glue to put iy back on with. My shaft was real hard to turn so I poped the little brass cover off the oiler at he back of the speedo and placed a few drops of sewing machine oil in it and worked it around till it freed up and turned smooth again. I just kept turning it till the gears turned around and also put a drop on them. I could see the indicater arm lift if I turned it fast by hand so I know that part is working. I think the big problem with these is the lubercation on the imput shaft getting dry. Then I just put the glass and cover back on and pinche it tight again. Took a couple of hours in the house where it is clean to work on it. I also took off the brass trims and cleaned them on the rest of the gauges along with the glass now they look allmost new again.
