If you had points and they werent adjusted right you would have no spark anywhere or at least not right, so why wouldn't it be the same with the magnetic pickup going to the electronic ignition box, if they pickup coil and wheel, (chrysler calls one of these parts a reluctor) would not send the signal to the control box and you would have no spark, right?
