Ray: Had the opportunity to talk to the man who owned it for 23 years. Was a former phone co. truck used for setting poles. Poles lay on rack above cab and pivot at rear of and on top of utility body. I learned that both front and rear winches work (but only one at a time, of course). I agree this is a widowmaker if not used with the utmost safety and wisdom. That's why I asked you guys. Thanks.
