I don't know where you live, but I took one of my M37's split rims to the
LesSchwab truck tire shop here in Everett for a new tube, and they only
charged me $20 including the tube and flap. They had the right tools and
did a good job of it. They said they'd recently ordered and mounted a set
of 9X16s for some other guy with an M37 so maybe that helped. I know most
tire people cringe at the words "split rim".
