Hey Moby, Sounds like you really have your work cut out for ya. How loose does the lower trunnion pin fit in it's socket. Grab the bottom bearing and try and move it side to side. Can you move that pin back and forth? To remove the lower roller, there is a two piece gear puller that splits into, and is cone shaped in center. It's designed to slip in behind close fitting gears and bearing. One its on, you can use another puller to pull it all off. I'm sure one of the guys can tell you the name of it.
