If you ever do buisness w/ Vintage they put you on thier mailing list. You get Dave Butler's newsletter 4 times a year. It's always a great publication. The last time (fall issue) or the time before covered this topic extensivly. Charts & lists. I had never seen this covered this good in 20 years of Power Wagging and never realized it was that involved of a topic. Give them a call, I'd bet they send you one. Good Luck
