New units are probably available at any truck driveline supply house. It is best to pick a common brand such as a "Chealsey" for ease of service. If price is a concern, a PTO that will "fit" can be easily found at any wreckers that handles light/medium trucks. What you are looking for is a 6 bolt unit with the desired output shaft/s location.(do you want it to drive to the front, or the back, or both?) To turn it into one that will "work", you will probably have to order the proper INPUT GEAR from the manufacturer of the unit. Here again, a name brand unit makes this much easier. If you are really lucky, you may find a truck with a 203 that is equipped with a PTO, but it will be rare.
Another avenue may be to ask the partsman at the driveline place to find out what Input Gear you need for a 203 application, and then get him to cross refference it to see what other transmissions/transfer cases use that same input. Armed with this information, a search of the wreckers may turn up a PTO that will work "as is". Keep in mind, that there are basically 2 PTO port sizes (6 bolt and 10 bolt) that have been "standard" for many years, so there are many PTO's that can be found to fit, BUT, they MUST HAVE THE PROPER INPUT GEAR FOR YOUR APPLICATION.
