Considering the truck is near you and has all the parts and you want a Power Wagon don't hesitate. Go buy it. I'm sure you could find one cheaper but where? Maybe halfway across the country. Then you have the hassel of getting it home. The less money you spend the more work will be needed to fix the truck up. You will eventually spend up to and more than $5,000. It depends on how much labor your comfortable with and how much time you want to spend finding parts. Parts for these trucks are expensive. Body parts that is. My opinion is go for it and don't worry about the 5,000. I paid more than that for mine and don't regret it for a minute.
