The price does sound high considering the weathered condition,the dent on top,and no winch.If the body is 90% rust free or better,the steering is smooth when driving,and the engine doesn't smoke,and the transmission shifts OK,then I would say it is worth about $3500,thats just my view!$5000 is a premium price to pay,you should get your moneys worth!You can get completely restored PW's from $8000-$10,000 as I've seen advertised over the years in the PWA.You asked for opinions,this was mine!
