WM 300

I have a chance to purchase a 71 WM 300. It is a ex forestry fire truck. It has 17,000 and change on the clock.It has winch bumper but no winch.It needs new wood in the bed,a new exhaust manifold and exhaust. Hardly any rust.Other than that truck is complete and runs great.What is something like this worth?
Any info is greatly appreciated.
