I didn't know that w200's came with flatheads in '67. If you do have a 251 a nice subtle mod would be to rebuild the motor with 265 crank, rods and pistons. This would give you about 130 HP @ 3600 RPM. That is for starters. While you're at it, plane the head and balance the engine. Then you could drop in a mild Isky cam and go with a pair of sidedraft Webers ETC. until you reach the level of tune you'd like.
I don't think the '67 w200 crewcab is all that rare so....
