Clutch Question

I put a new heavy duty/upgraded over stock Center Force clutch in my Dodge truck After getting it back together and running it, everytime you engage the clutch it would make a noise. After dis-assembly, I noticed the coil springs on the clutch disk are rubbing the bolt heads that hold the fly wheel to the crank shaft. After closely examining the new disk to the stock one, I noticed that the coil springs in the new one are larger than the coil springs in the old one; and stick out the back side further. Should I buy and reinstall a new stock clutch disk or try to shave some off the bolt heads? Any ideas?

Thanks
