Thanks for the response Kevin. The problem is this is my roll over. The "rules" state 2 of 3 major components must be removed & the frame cut in half. Since it has not been written off I thought it would be easyer to get an EPA letter. I think I`m going to load up, take my torch & talk to some real people @ the border. If one does manage to get a "real" person @ Chrysler they are too afraid of getting their "PP" slapped to go outside of their "book of standard form answers. NO help whatsoever. The buyer gets the same BS from DC US. Things sure have changed since I was a Mopar service manager. We used to care about EVERY customer, big or small! Thats probably why I "burnt out" & turned into this BABBLING IDIOT!!
