Will NP420 bolt to a 90 model bell housing ?

I need to know if I can bolt the NP420 in my 58 W200 Power Giant up to a 1990 bellhousing with the hydraulic clutch. I am converting to hanging pedals, power brakes, and a 318 engine. I found a 1990 1/2 ton pickup that I can get the pedal assembly out of, as well as the hydraulic clutch/bell housing assembly, and a good 318 engine. All for $300.00. I just need to know if my NP420 trans. will work ok with this bell housing. Thanks.
