Boy this is a tuff choice here, as both are excellent trucks. The M-37 has the advantage in price, BUT the Power Wagon has a longer bed and heaftier springs. Both trucks are good for around 47 MPH MAX and that is with a good Healthy tuned Flathead. The M-37 suspension is better for back in the woods work because it has flex and can handle rolling over logs better than the Power Wagon. The Power Wagon will haul more wood for you than the M-37 tho. They are both excellent trucks, and if your gonna get one, get it NOW as they are not getting any less expensive! Good luck!
