Have you recently upgraded Norton Anti-Virus? When we downloaded 2003 Norton, the Forum page at the top is all there but arranged differently (and it's not the site, since my computer at work looks the same it always does). Also we can't post a message or follow up on the Forum without disabling Norton, another pain in the butt.
