Do not sand blast the body of your PW. Have it media blasted. It is much earsier on the metal with no warping. Depending on how much rust you have will determine the typr of blasting. I had mine done with a mixture of garnet and walnut shells. It removed all rust and the metal caome back in great shape. No damage from the blasting. It did remove all the rust. Regular sand blasing is for heavey metal parts not body parts.
