You will need a PTO that can be reversed. Usually the flatfender Power Wagons have a reversing PTO mounted on the transmission. Some PTO's can be mounted on the transfer case and are able to use the truck's transmission to reverse the PTO direction and to also change speeds for the PTO. If you have a NP-205 transfer case along with your NV-4500 transmission, you may want to mount the PTO to the transfer case.
