I've got one in WA for $650 complete w/bolt-ons, no carb. Cost and distance probably don't make it a good deal for you. It was in a '39 p'up a friend bought to hot-rod, but I believe it was originally from a '50s Plymouth. I heard it run before I pulled it and it sounded very good. It has been stored dry with a little dsl poured in the spark plug holes waiting for a project I haven't got to. I also have a sweet-running 230 in a '51 Plymouth, $1,300 for the whole car. (3spd, straight, rusty floor pan, ratty interior, runs, drives, stops). It has a (not-unusual) hairline crack in water jacket on the driver's side behind oil filter. If you're looking at old 230 or 251s, keep your eyes open for these cracks, they are hard to see and very common. I've put tons of miles on 230s cracked like this with no problems at all, on one I used a little block-sealer additive. But not having them would be better.
