Has anybody ever tried to ship a truck over the railroad lately, looking for a website for rates, is there anyway to get a carhauler to ship it, what about driving it into a container at the port? Can you get out of a 62 crewcab if you drive it into a container, what container will work, i donot want a wantabe hauler without bond,
needs a real car transport trailer like the dealership use, load from San Antonio to Kitsap county Wa, near port 10 miles, close to shelton, anybody got an idea how to save the $1.50 a mile? I have found place to insure the purchase and the load incase the unexpected happens again. Is it normal for the hauler to charge every car on the trailer 1.50 a mile? Do they contact haul with a signed contract with bond insurance phone numbers listed?. Thanks!
