Wasnt a big deal go to DMV they will give you the application for a title hearing and explain the procedures to you pretty simple. They have very helpful in the past call me if you need more info. You dont halve to contact Utah to get title. The state is more interested in money than a hard time you could get salvage title I may be wrong on the name of it. my WC 12 was under that till you get it rebuilt then you halve to have it inspected and give a sheet to the inspection guy he fills it out take it back to them They will issue you a regular title. None of the trucks I got were a big deal they were all bought out of state except for the 12 and it had the other title I never spent over a 100 on a truck getting it all done.
