Now... let me get this right: Someone in, oh let's just say, hypothetically, Nebraska... buys a truck from, oh, again, hypotheically, Oklahoma... and doesn't lisense it, but also never drives it on the roads/streets of NE, thereby not giving NE gov't a care in the world since it's not on their roads causing any hazard, and then, pretend, it's sold to someone in (hypothetically) Texas, and they never license it because (why again?) THEY'RE NOT DRIVING IN ON THE ROADS,... who cares? Not NE, or TX. State sales tax?!? Give me a break... has anyone ever sold something at a garage sale?!? Did you fill out the W-4s for the income you made that day, so as not to cheat the state?!?!?!?!? Unless something is going to be licensed and insured and cause wear and tear on the states roads, why would YOU care?!?! You're the Govenor of what state?!? The state of "Whogivesacrap"?
