Hi Jonas,
Running a centered yoke transfer case eliminates half of the T-case gears from rotating. To run off of the offset case EVERYTHING in the case is rotating, I'd also think that you'd be opening up a can of worms running from the far side of the off set case to a centered diff, because of the added angle involved, but I'd like to hear from anyone who has done this also, purhaps with the half or three quarter ton Military New Process T-case you could run a centered rear drive-line, but the case is much less HD than the FF?
