Sam, The PWA is the creation of Gordon Maney
and the first issue (I believe)was July 1984.
January 2003 Inside, page 2. it reads:
COPYRIGHT2002,by Power Wagon Advertiser and Gordon Maney. All rights reserved. No portion of this publication,written or graphic, may be reproduced without the written permission of the Power Wagon Advertiser and Gordon Maney.
Even for those of us that have subscribed since Nov. 1986,he has never re-printed an issue(s). This makes them of some value to collectors of PWs and PW memorabilia, the the bigger the collection from the present back, the more valuble it is.
