As I recall I think that my Grandfather paid somewhere around 2500 for a Model A back in the early 80's. It was a coupe model that was in very nice shape. When my Grandfather pasted away in 86, my brother got the Model A and I got the 46 WDX. When my brother got married in 89 he wanted to use the Model A, but wasn't able to due to some wiring problems.
