There is an interesting article in the 4 wheel & off road magazine about the super duty 5-speed falling apart at 40000 miles, it seems like the main problem they found is with the pilot bushing going out of round and causing all of the parts to run out of round as well, the had to replce the fly wheel, transmission, clutch assembly and so on, they did however say that the new clutch and flywheel came from center force and seems to work 100% better than the stock one did.
