Looks like your photo hosting does not allow linking for free accounts. Here is a link for the picture...
You are doing it correct now since the photo properties are correct. But unless someone has that photo with that URL "cached" on their system they will see only the message from your photo hosting service that says you can't link on a free account.
Pretty nice looking rig by the way.
