I've used a few of that sort of machines, including the Clark.

The welder itself would be fine for any Dodge bodywork you need to do, but you only get half what you need. In general the small gas bottles that come with them are worse than useless, same for helmet, same for brush and other tools.

You need to get one of the fancy helmets with a solar panel that darkens automatically when you start to weld, plus a BIG gas bottle and a regulator, then you are set.

It may be that buying the machine on the net would end up cheaper, as you will have to replace the helmet and buy gas stuff anyway.

It'll do pretty much any bodywork you want, and with Argon gas and special wire will do aluminium too (though it isn't that good on Al) Only disadvantage would be that it will heat up after about 30 minutes use and have to cool off, even if equipped with a fan, but it'll keep up with most jobs.

Still need a stick welder for chassis work, and a spot welder too for special jobs like the Carryall tailgate.
