I know the date, year and type. It is a WC-15, 1941 and the ser# conforms to the rest of the Command Car. I did not title it because it was going to be parted out. I could get a title but saw no need for one just extra money to the state. I was asking if I needed a title for the frame. The state gets lots of money from me everytime I get a car, trailer ect. In fact lately I feel like I have been supporting them! I have had a few things lately that was sold befor I even got my title from them and had to give them a report of sale a few weeks later? Taxes have been paid on the same rig twice in less than a few months? I know who the 2 original owners are and the history of it. To bad it was cut up or it would have been restored. Now it will fix up several other Command Cars again. Mark H.
