Do a search for marine hardware / chandleries for sources of hinges, latches, window mechanisms. Or better yet...hit on Paul Mierop, of Powerwagon Maple Syrup, (on the forum masthead); he restored Chriscraft wooden boats for 30 years, and is sure to know some sources. Also Todd Somers, I believe, works with one of the modern yacht manufacturing firms, (Hatteras?).
Rest assured there are many sources!
