Did you inspect it in person, or buy over the net?
I'd be suspect of a PW that is missing running boards,2 to 6 inches (rotted?)off the bottom of each fender, and primer over the doors/rockers. Also inside front of cowls look crusty,right rear post hole, all are places these trucks love to rust.Oil poured on anything that would rust up- door locks,spare tire stud, hood latches. And gas filler on wrong side ? But it does have gin poles, winch, heater with blower control.(eh, Ed C ?)
