Look for bubbles in the radiator filler tube by lowering the water to the bottome of the filler tube. If your seeing a lot of bubbles while it is running, then you have: a head gasket leak, crack in a cylinder wall. If no bubbles, then you have a crack or rusted out hole somewhere in the block.

Go to NAPA and buy a bottle of "Bar's Leaks" radiator stop leak. It does have pellets with liquid but they will dessolve as designed and will not plug your raditor. I've used it on several different vehicles with no problems. It will seal a leaky head gasket, radiator and any hole within the cooling system. Give it a try and use the whole bottle. Your other alternative is to disassemble the engine.
