I hate it when this happens

A lady in my neighborhood was recently telling me about what a job it was for her and her sister last year after her father died to clean out all his junk so they could sell his place. What a packrat, shed after shed full of junk, old car parts, stuff he's kept since WWII and never used, lots of it said "Willys" on it. What a job to haul it all to the dump.

Why don't I ever hear about these places BEFORE the ignorant heirs "clean them up"?
