Right-On George! I don't use any sand anymore, except for concrete blasting. Media is the way to go. Walnut works best on Aluminum (trannies and T-cases) For frame and sheet metal I use the "green" Polymer, also the "black beauty" media works well. I have a chart around here somewhere that shows the different types and uses.
