I go to the Ritchie Bros. auction every 3 months in Greely, CO just to listen to the tactics used by the auctioneer. They start the bids for this huge construction equipment at $25K. Absolutely no one bids. So he drops it to $5K and within a matter of seconds the bidding is up to $30K PLUS. Seen some stuck go for up to around $200K. Then saw this HUGE dozer that made a D-9 look small---it went for $5,000 and it ran!
