Jason,
I do not beleive any one on this forum thinks that you are an ingorant (sic) kid, I know all of us try to get our trucks running sometimes at the expense of other things in our lives, like family, work, ect... One of the things that most of us have had to do is to plan ahead or get to a point where nothing seems to go right and we cannot make the part fit or find it anywhere. About that time, as others have pointed out, it is the journey or the thrill of finding someting you have been fixing goes to gether because someone told you how to put it together or you found the part you have looked for for quite a while. I have not had the luxury (sic) of doing that as mine is a daily driver and my work truck and is always being fixed under a deadline, times like that are very vexing and we have a problem That need to be fixed right now. The way most of these people became very knowledgeable is by trial and error many trial and quite a few errors but you learn and the ones on this forum are more then willing to share but need patience (sic) and not a demand or what seems to be a demand. Sorry to the forum for a long rant but I have found more information here then any where else including the junk yards dealership or aged and wise mechanics, and would like to keep it continuing.
Thanks
Jumper
