This transmission was left out in the rain and every thing else was inside. I guess they forgot that water can get inside thru the shifter boot! I have some pictures being posted. A guy who has worked on trans said it looks like the case harden surface is gone on the top cluster and a some is gone off the bottom ones. The lower shaft is OK dut the top one is pitted but the gear slids OK but one bear surface is pitted or worn that the small roller bearing goes over on the tip. Mark H.
