This worked on a WC52 so I assume that the PW setup is the same or very similar.

What you need: pvc pipe, threaded rod, 3 bolts for the rod, flat piece of steel with hole in the middle. I believe that the pvc pipe was about 8 to 12 inches long and the rod about 2 to 4 inches longer than the pipe. It can be as long or as short as you need it.

How to do it: remove zerk, insert rod and lock to pin with two bolts so that the rod cannot turn, put pvc pipe over rod, side flat steel on rod and sececure with bolt.

Now tighten the bolt against the steel and the threaded rod should pull the pin right out. Used this on my WC52 parts truck that had sat for a very long time and it took about 10 minutes a pin (had a bit of grease on them some they weren't rusted in place).

You can actually see a picture of this setup (where I got the idea) in the TM 3/4 manuals describing the pin removable.

Hope this helps.

Tim
