Gary, according to Maintenance Manual TM10-1123/1443, both the WC-1 and WC-12 are classified as "Closed Cab Pickup, w/o winch, w/longitudinal seats". The difference between the two model numbers appears to be in their starting and ending serial numbers and quantities produced:
WC-1 8644701 thru 8666216, 2573 produced
WC-12 8676901 thru 8694193, 5779 produced
